My damn week I swear! Everything comes in three right, well that leaves me waiting for event number 3. Why's this well lets start...
Monday morning, I was rear ended. Yup. Not as bad as it could have been but still annoying and caused damage. What bugged me more was that it's a brand new car. I've had it maybe 1/2 I don't even have plates on it yet.
The rest of my week has been busy, but not overly bad. Until today. Last night(wens) I locked my car up and settled in for the night. Around 12:30 I thought "oh my wallets in my car, nah it'll be ok." Fucking wrong! Today I worked at home and had to deliver a file, since I live close to my boss I figured I'd just walk and take one of my dogs with me. Later tonight (7ish my time) I decided I was going to go somewhere, and got in my car and all of my compartments were open. I got out and stormed back in questioning my folks first if they'd gone into my car. When both of them said no I said "Shit, then my car's been broken into."
They left my personal stuff, like my cds they were just thrown everywhere. My wallet was gone, along with the three bucks in my ashtray and 27 bucks I had tucked away in an envelope for tithing(a mormon thing). We called and made a police report, while waiting for the cop to show up I went online to cancle all of my stuff.
Luckly one of my credit cards was already closed. The second one had a gas charge already on it, and my Bank account/Debit/Master card had been used. Only thing going for me is that they are dumbasses. Guy spent $268 and change at a Sprint store.(which the officer said they'll more than likely be able to track). Then he spent like $120.43 at AutoZone. And I've got a store location.
So I've just finished giving my report. Closed all of my cards. But I'm not done. Now I have to file another report with a different County Sheriff so they can try and get AutoZone survalience camera footage, same with Sprint. I also have to report Fraud/Identity Theift to the three credit bearus. So for the rest of my life, anytime something is applied for in my name, I am going to be called and asked about it. I also have to wait in the long ass line at the Cali DMV (or Damn-V as I like to call it) for my new Licence. And, sit at the bank for at least an hour closing accounts and opening new ones.
What was Stolen. (of Value) $30 cash 2 Credit Cards 2 Bank Cards one a Master Card/Debit California ID card California Drivers Licence Insurance Card Cheveron Credit Gas Card $300 + from my bank account (not to mention the overdraft fees it will charge) Personal Information that was stored in my wallet
Of Personal Value Wallet. (my fave, Hurley Int. one it was red) Disneyland Annual Pass Sam Club card Costco card Movie Experiance Card AMC Movie Watcher card Edwards Movie club card Aquarium of the Pacific Pass 4 Free movie Tickets (That I'd been saving) I'm sure there are a few other cards I'm missing in that list.
And it all just sucks ass! The End. Sorry, I had to vent somewhere.

Damn... *hugs hugs hugs* I've gone through the identity theft shit... it SUCKS! My exroommate stole $1300 at the least from my bank account. Plus got a ticket under my license and tried taking more of my money from my account, AFTER I had made a report. So I sorta know how you feel

YIKES! Sorry to hear about that Shay. I have to say I swear when you get a brand new car the ritual of life is to rear end it within the first week. I had the exact same thing happen to me when I first got my car, since then I haven't had much more lucky when I think about it..like 4 other rear endings and twice I ripped half my bumper off (including right now lol)
Sorry to hear about the theft too. Same happened to me, well except the whole Identity left thing and the fact I had no money in the car or much that was worth anything. Kid took CD's, my license and my portfolio that had my drawings and paintings in it because I was in mid move so I didn't take it out yet. I have to go to court to testify against the kid like this upcoming month. I'm sure they will catch the creep and when they do and you have to point the finger, get on up there go all the way! DEATH PENALTY! Ok well maybe thats a bit to extreme. I'm still soar about having my paintings end up in a pool...sorry

Dude that absolutely sucks. I've been ripped off before, when I was on vacation in Tennessee and it just sucks. You feel so violated and it's just aggrivating. I hope they catch the guy and you can press charges against him.

Yeah, and it was like any sound I heard out side I was jumping to my window to check my car and the surrounding area. Beeping my lock button at least twice an hour. I couldn't fall asleep so I had too watch something (I watched Firefly), it just sucks...and of course I had to ask for money, so I could get gas and pay for my new licence.

Hey guys, here's the update on my crappy life right now...
I won't be on too often, my hours are getting jacked up at Barns & Noble... and well to make a long story short, I don't care. I owe my parents $2000 now because the clutch and flywheel died on my car which was $1300 and I previously owed them $350 for court fees and $350 for helping me LIVE for a few months... basically nothing will be going on with my life until I pay them back. Plus on top of that Saturdays I do RHPS at night, which is a no for writing, and don't get out of the meeting till 4am then don't get out of the after party until 7am. (Sunday is my only day off of any type of work) So my posting will be few and far between until well I get everything settled.
Sorry guys. ~Ray
