Sebastian held his ground as the two moved, his eyes watching the new man, the one who held the woman captive, the woman he held responsible for stealing his ship in the first place. This mans arrogance wasn¡¦t helping his temperament. "Senior I dare say you 'ave a misunderstanding. You see... this is my ship."
Muscles tensed if needed to Sebastian could defend himself against the others and the likes of this man. "Hide behind a woman if you wish, it makes no matter to me." the tip of his blade raised aiming at the pair. Then sounds were made on the deck. Men were climbing on board. All together he figured there to be seven men, not including this man and the woman.
"Call off your men, an lives will be spared. You and your crew can stay on my ship under MY command. If not..." he moved never leaving them out of his sights as he shifted in a half circle around them "...I promise I will watch the dying breaths of you and your men. And pray your souls are not caught up by el Diablo and drawn into hell." Sebastian wasn't about to back down so close to reclaiming his own ship.
With his years of traning he was confident in the fact he could take on at least three men at a time, but they were pirates and pirates didn't fight fair. They would still need supplies, but some of what was brought with him would help, the island would do the rest. And how far longer could they be off from Tortuga?

Caitlyn felt a bead of sweat roll down her temple, the coolness of air drifting across her completely exposed figure, and the way these men seemed unaffected to the value of her life. The Spaniard would kill her either way, and Flint would use her for leverage if he had any; but in this case, he didn’t. He shoved her away toward the pile of clothes and replaced his knife into the wrist release holding up his hands. “If this unexpected accord will get me and my men as far as Tortuga, you got yourself a deal…” Flint grinned mischievously as he eyed up Caitlyn. She was hastily pulling her clothes on, her mouth pinched tight with anger. “Do what you want with the girl. She’s been a pain in the ass since we left port… handy though. You’d not believe it to look at her, but she makes a fine blacksmith.”<br> Obviously neither one of them cared about the dignity of a woman nor was she the traditionalist when it came to her femininity or choice of profession she still expected a little self-respect. Hastily her calloused digits worked the laces at the sides of her chemise; arms were shoved into the arms of her dark brown tunic-dress; coveralls in matching hue tied atop all. She pulled her now slightly damp hair back into a ponytail and then turned to face the men with her jaw set tight.
She said nothing, and her hands still sat in twin fists at her sides, but she made no other outward moves that she disliked this situation entirely. The Spaniard and the man she’d conflicted with the entire trip had made a deal, but she knew all too well the value of a man’s word; so she said nothing. She would do as was instructed, she would do it without complaint or question, but she was not about to show either one of them that they had beaten her.

He wasn’t much one for the situation, where this Flint character was shady and had the life of a Pirate, Sebastian had grown up the son of a Don. Experienced a rich and full life, also one of knowing boundaries. With Pirates the same rules didn’t apply, but he was true to what he said, he would kill any man who tried to steal what was rightfully his. Head nodded slightly to the man as he agreed to the terms releasing the woman in his grasps before exiting the room to inform his men.
With a sigh Sebastian resheathed the sword and turned upon booted feet so his back was to the woman to give her a moment of privacy. “You must understand my view, Sinorita… I intend to do what I can to keep my own personal belongings.” His chin held up as his shoulders rolled hand resting on the hilt of the sword before he turned slightly to see she was redressed. “You’ll have to excuse me…where I am accustomed to treat senoritas like yourself differently, you gave me no choice.”
He stepped forwards his intense eyes looking down upon her as she stood their silently. “I do not know what arrangement you have with theses men. I do not trust any of it.” Turning once more he stood holding the door open motioning for the woman that she could leave his quarters. He wanted to check the maps and look at the path ahead. The sooner he was rid of these men the better.
