I'm in...I have a Crow novel around here somewhere...unless it's fallen into the black hole in my room along with a bunch of other stuff. It was set in New Orleans and there was a serial killer and a nasty hurricane in. Any ideas what it's called?

Graphic Novels
The Crow was written and drawn by J. O'Barr while he was in the military working as a combat manual illustrator. He used his artistic skills to try to release his grief from recently losing a loved one. The comic was picked up by Kitchen Sink Press and caught the notice of someone who thought it would be a great movie. Thus the first movie was made and the Crow story began its spread throughout different formats and story lines.
Story: This is the story of a young man named Eric who along with his fiancè, Shelley is murdered on an abandoned road, by a gang of junkies, led by T-Bird. Due to the pain suffered by their souls, Eric is sent back to put the wrong things right.
The Crow: Dead Time is the first new Crow story by J. O'Barr in over a decade. It is only the second Crow story that Barr has done. It was written as a treatment for a new crow film. The story was by Barr, the script was from John Wagner, the art was done by Alexander Maleev, and the lettering was done by Dan Buur. Story: Joshua, the hero of Dead Time, is a Native American, a member of the crow nation who has the adopted the white man's way and become a farmer. In the 1860's, he and his family was killed by a marauding band of Confererate renegades. Flash to the present, over a century later, where the murderers have been recincarnated as a motorcycle gang, and the crow brings back Joshua to carry out his mission of vengeance.
The Crow: Flesh and Blood is the first female crow story ever told. The story and covers were done by J. O'Barr the script was done by James Vance, and the artwork was done by Alexander Maleev. Story: This saga of violent retribution is set against the spectacular background of the western mountains in which Iris Shaw, a federal conservation officer, dies when her office is dynamited by a ragged band of right-wing terrorists. Her tortured soul cannot rest because, not only was she unjustly murdered, at the time of her death, she was an expectant mother. Raised from her coffin by the crow who answers her thirst for justice, Iris exacts a terrible vengeance on the leader and his gang.
Movies
The Crow The first movie starred Brandon Lee as Eric Draven and was released in May of 1994. It was inspired by the graphic novels written by J.O. Barr. Barr later served as a consultant in making the film and was an instrumental part of the movies design. The movie is about a young musician and his fiance who were killed by a group of criminals. One year after his death Eric is brought back by a crow to exact his revenge so he can reunite with his love in the afterlife.
The Crow: City of Angels The second movie in the series starred Vincent Perez as a father who is killed along with his son. He is brought back by the crow to have his revenge and bring down the largest druglord in the city.
The Crow: Salvation The third Crow movie starred Eric Mabius as Alex Corvis a young man who is wrongly sentenced executed for the crime of killing his girlfriend he arises from the dead shortly after to avenge his death and find the truth about who killed his love and framed him.
